Contact an automation consultant — start with the audit, not the contract
Every engagement starts with a conversation. Tell us what's creating friction in your operations. We'll give you a direct, technical assessment in the first conversation — not a discovery call followed by a proposal followed by another call.
Request a free operations audit
Fill out the form and we'll reach out within one business day to schedule an intake call.
What happens after you submit
- We review your submission within 1 business day
- If your organization qualifies, we'll email to schedule a 30-min intake call
- The intake call scopes the audit and sets expectations
- Audit sessions happen over 2–4 weeks
- You receive a written report with findings and an action plan
What the audit costs
The operations audit is free for qualifying organizations. Qualifying means you're a small-to-mid-size organization (under 200 people), actively using software tools in daily operations, and have identifiable process friction. There's no obligation to hire us for implementation.

What to expect from an engagement with MOX Consulting
We're not a traditional consulting firm. Here's how we're different — and what we require from our clients.
Fixed-Scope Engagements
Every implementation project is scoped before it starts. You know what's being built, what it costs, and what done looks like before we write a line of code. We don't bill by the hour or expand scope without a new agreement.
Documentation Included
Every system we build is documented. You receive runbooks your non-technical admin can follow, architecture diagrams that explain how things connect, and complete handoff materials — even if you move off our retainer.
Honest Assessment
If your organization isn't ready for automation, or if the ROI doesn't justify the investment, we'll tell you. The audit is designed to produce an honest picture — not a sales funnel for implementation work.
Engineering, Not Theory
We don't produce strategy decks. We design and build systems. Every recommendation we make has a technical implementation path, a realistic timeline, and an owner responsible for delivery.
What We Need From You
Access to the right people (department leads, operations staff), a list of your current software subscriptions, and 2–3 hours of participation across the audit period. We do the rest.
Remote-First Delivery
All engagements are delivered remotely via video call and async communication. We've worked with organizations across multiple time zones. No travel required — and no travel markup on your invoice.
